What information we collect
When you complete a membership form we may collect the following information:
- Contact information including postal address, email address and telephone number
- DOB for juniors
What we do with the information we collect
The details you provide on the membership form will be stored securely in paper form within the club office; on password protected spreadsheets on the office computers; and on the membership section of the Horsham Squash Club section of the ‘My Courts’ website. Relevant Information will be shared only with team captains and the club coach. Name and contact details of all current paid up members will be available to other club members on the My Courts site to allow them to contact opponents in order to arrange matches.
Any email address you provide us with will be used by HSC to keep you informed about news and activities related to the section you have joined, and also about general Horsham Sports Club news and events.
Controlling Your Personal Information
We will never sell, distribute or lease any personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.
