Dear Big Giggers! As promised, we are now able to update you on the running of this year’s The Big Gig (20th June). Thank you so much for your patience. Due to the uncertainty around whether social distancing measures will have eased by the month of June, we have made the decision to postpone the event until next year, with a new date of the 19th of June 2021. We hope you can make it! If you have already booked your ticket, good news, there’s nothing for you to do but to sit tight and look forward to the event on the 19th of June 2021 which plans to have the same tribute musical line-up of: Bruno Mars, The Bee Gees, Elvis, and headlining, The Spice Girls. The 5th act – our local band, will be announced as soon as we have this confirmed. Plus, there will still be oodles of children’s entertainment, face painting, gourmet food stalls and specialist drinks tents to enjoy throughout the day. The club’s financial survival depends on The Big Gig and other fundraising events – as a Community Amateur Sports Club, we are run like a charity. By retaining your tickets and postponing your plans until next year you’ll help us continue to offer our services as a sports club and allow us to keep on supporting local charities via our fundraising events. If you have any problems attending this re-arranged date, please email admin@horshamsportsclub.com to register your query. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as we can. We really cannot wait to see you next year for The Big Gig 2021 when we are sure everyone will need a good party! We will continue to keep you informed on social media and via the horshamsportsclub.com. If you haven’t already bought your ticket for The Big Gig 2021, we will be in touch with how to shortly…. Keep safe everybody and stay well, The Big Gig Team@HSC |
