This summer has seen huge success for our Girl’s cricket teams at Horsham CC. Playing league cricket for the first time, our U11 Girls finished the summer not only as Sussex Champions but as Bronze medal winners for the South East England Region! Our U13 Girls also played brilliantly finishing 2rd in their league and 3rd in the Sussex Junior Cricket Festival. We saw our U13 Girls double in number over the season which was fantastic and we are now looking to field an U15 Girls team next season as well. Girls cricket at the club is going from strength to strength and we’d love more girls to join us and get involved. With the introduction of The Hundred this summer, there has never been a better time for girls to play cricket! Indoor cricket training for girls of all ages starts this week.
