ONCE THE Q&A HAS FINISHED THERE WILL BE CONTROLLED ADMISSION TO THE PAVILION FOR THOSE OUTSIDE

We’ve had an overwhelming response to Jofra Archer’s visit to the club this Sunday (3-6pm)and wanted to clarify what will be happening on the day.

Due to the forecast of inclement weather, we have moved the Q&A session indoors into the main pavilion and have given priority pavilion passes to members who have already contacted us. As it stands the Pavilion is already full to capacity.

You are still very welcome to come down though as we will have a PA system relaying the interview outdoors so everyone will be able to still listen live.

After the Q&A, we aim to try to rotate all guests so that everyone is able to meet Jofra and we hope that no one will be disappointed. If you are outside the Pavilion, please bear with us, we will be working hard to ensure that the crowd is rotated and that those who wish to meet Jofra will be able to.

Please remember that car parking is limited at the club and other members will be using the facilities for tennis and squash.

Great news…we’ve just heard that Jofra Archer will be at the club on Sunday 6th October between 3-6pm with the Cricket World Cup Trophy!! (please arrive for 3pm  with the event starting at 3.30pm)

He’ll be here for a Q&A session and will be happy to sign autographs and have selfie pictures taken with him and the cup.

Everyone is invited to join us but space will be limited so if you are planning on attending then please contact the club office on hsc@horshamsportsclub.com as soon as possible – we are taking names  and will issue ‘pavilion passes’ to the clubroom in strict order of application for the event, with priority to HCC and HSC  members.

The bar and kitchen will be open as usual
