The Big Gig 2025: Horsham’s greatest family live music event. We’re so excited you’re here and are supporting us and the community.
We’re back for what promises to be another fantastic festival with some of the best live musicians and tribute acts in the area and beyond, coming together to provide a fun packed day of music, singing and dancing! Hosted by festival ‘Master of Ceremonies’ the hilarious John O’Sullivan.
Get ready to experience some amazing acts, with our planned musical tribute line-up:
The Tour of the Eras – a TAYLOR SWIFT tribute by Hannah Jenkins – OPENING ACT – 2pm
The Tour of The Eras takes you back to Taylor’s epic stage show and will have you shaking it off all night, or at least for some of the afternoon! Taylor Swift is one of the highest grossing musicians in history, and with all her top hits and crowd favourites, alongside Hannah’s experience of over a decade, this is a must see.
The Almost ELVIS Band – 3.30pm
It’s now or never! Back by popular demand, this fabulous Elvis tribute promise you a set of live-wired, heart and soul, show stopping, hip swinging, leg shaking rock ‘n’ roll. With a little less conversation and a lot more Viva Las Vegas, you’ll be all shook up by the end of their performance.
Tribute to DUA LIPA by Courtnay Reddy – 5pm
The UK’s most refreshing, high energy and super fun tribute to one of the world’s hottest female pop sensations, Dua Lipa. With a performance that closely replicates the iconic pop star, this show is set to have audiences on their feet and singing along to all of Dua’s biggest smash hits from start to finish, and leave them wanting more!
The BLUNTER BROTHERS – 6.30pm
You love them! They’re back! With 30 years experience of top class performing, the Blunter Brothers have become established in the events entertainment industry as one of the premiere Classic Funk, Motown & Soul acts in the UK. Guaranteed to have you up on your feet and shaking your moves.
Tony as ROBBIE WILLIAMS with LIVE BAND – HEADLINING ACT – 8.30pm
Is it or isn’t it? Tony performs as Robbie across the globe, leaving audiences constantly gagging for more, and he turns heads wherever he goes leaving onlookers asking ‘is it or isn’t it?’. Tony’s show covers all of the greatest hits, with a few special surprises, capturing the true spirit of everything Robbie! Not to mention the looks, the moves, the voice and the ego, Tony is the perfect headliner to finish off our brilliant line up. You’ll love him!
Plus, you’ll be entertained between acts by the fabulous DJ LLOYD RENDELL who’ll be dropping some banging tunes.

As well as live music there will be oodles of fun festival activities and stalls, yummy street food, a large variety of specialist drinks tents and a fully licensed bar.
ADULT: an adult ticket must be purchased if you are 16 years and over.16-21 year olds must show proof of age at the main entrance before entering the festival unless entering with a paid adult.
CHILD UNDER 16 and OVER 5: a child ticket must be purchased for a child aged over 5 and under 16. All children must be accompanied by a paid adult to enter the festival.
CHILD UNDER 5 FREE: but must still have a ticket. If you are purchasing your tickets online, you must still book the FREE ticket online for any children under 5. If your child is between 5 and 15 years old, you will need to purchase a CHILD price ticket and if 16 years and over, an ADULT price ticket.
FAMILY TICKET: A family ticket is a reduced price bundle which admits 2 x Adults age 21+ and 2 x Children U’16.
LIMITED PRE-BOOKABLE PARKING AVAILABLE: £12 per vehicle.
EVENT INFO/FAQs
Can I buy tickets over the phone?
If you don’t want to buy tickets online these can be purchased in person from Horsham Sports Club during opening hours. Day/evening or weekends.
Will we be able to purchase tickets on the gate?
It will depend if there are any tickets still available. If the event is not SOLD OUT, tickets may be available at the main ticket entrance on the day. Ticket prices will not be reduced later in the event.
Disabled and accessibility?
We try to make the festival as accessible as possible to people with disabilities. An area of the car park will be designated as a disabled parking area for blue badge holders and will be available on a first come basis. This is a short distance across grass to the main ground. There are disabled toilet facilities in the ground and also a disabled WC in the main clubhouse. If you have particular needs, please get in touch with us in advance.
Do carers or designated assistants need a ticket?
If you have a designated assistant or carer that you need to accompany you, they will be admitted free of charge but will still need a ticket. Proof of disability will be requested. Please contact Horsham Sports Club to arrange this. Email admin@horshamsportsclub.com or tel. 01403 254628.
Can I bring my own food & drink?
You are permitted to bring in one small rucksack or cool bag containing snacks and sealed bottles of water only. Security will be checking all bags each time you enter through the festival entrance. Knives, glassware, cool boxes, picnic hampers, tables and disposable BBQ’s (or other stoves) are NOT PERMITTED. There will be a wide range of food vendors and specialist drinks tents, and hot and cold beverages to suit everyone’s tastes.
Free drinking water is available.
Can I bring alcohol into the festival?
NO alcohol can be brought into the grounds. Security will search for alcohol each time you enter through the festival entrance and reserve the right to refuse admittance if you are thought to be under the influence of alcohol. A large variety of specialist drinks tents will be available. The clubhouse bar is strictly MEMBERS ONLY on the day of the event.
Drugs and illegal substances:
The taking of drugs and illegal substances will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Anyone seen taking drugs or thought to be under the influence of drugs will be ejected from the festival or refused admittance by security.
What time do the gates open?
The gates open at 12.30pm. Please do not arrive earlier than 12.30pm as we will be busy setting up for the event and you will be refused entry.
Is there parking at the festival?
A limited amount of parking will be available (200 spaces) in the Barrack Field next to Horsham Sports Club grounds. Pre-bookable tickets for this are available to buy here online for £12 and are also available from the club. There are other town centre car parks available close to the grounds and limited off street parking. We will allocate spaces as near to the event itself for disabled parking but please bear in mind that the event and parking is all on grass. The car park will be open from 12pm on the day of the event. If you are in the paid parking area you can leave your car overnight at your own risk, but it MUST be collected by 10am the next day. Camping overnight is not permitted.
Where is Horsham Sports Club?
We are located in Cricketfield Road, Horsham RH12 1TE – just a 5 minute walk from the town centre.
Can I bring a tent/gazebo to the festival?
Yes, the maximum size limit is 3M x 3M. This will need to be sited at the edge of the viewing area so that no one’s view of the stage is obscured and will be on a first come first served basis. If all the space is taken then you will not be allowed to put your tent up. Gazebos and tents cannot be set up early, must be removed at the end of the event, and may not be left overnight. Camping overnight is not permitted.
Can I get to the club by public transport?
Horsham Station is approximately 20 minutes walk from the club, alternatively there is a public bus (No.98) which you can take from the train station to the end of Cricketfield Road – the club is a 2 minute walk from here. The bus station is in the town centre and a few minutes’ walk from the club. The No.98 bus also runs from Horsham Park & Ride, Hop Oast, where you can park for free and buy a return bus fare. There is a request stop at the end of Cricketfield Road. Please do check the bus operator, Metrobus, timetable to ensure these are running.
Will there be any covered areas?
This is an open air music festival and nothing is under cover so please dress appropriately and bring sunscreen and a hat (in the event of sun) or your sou’westers and wellies (in the event of rain) – feel free to set up your own gazebo (see note above). Umbrellas are allowed but please be considerate of others.
Can I bring my dog?
No. Dogs and other pets are NOT allowed, with the exception of assistance/guide dogs.
Will I be able to re-enter the festival if I leave during the day?
Ticket holders will be issued with a wrist band on arrival and they will need to show this if they wish to leave and re-enter the site at any time.
Will there be seating?
There is no seating provided, but you may bring your own folding chairs and rugs if you wish. Please be considerate of others and set these up away from the stage to allow for dancing and to avoid trip hazards.
Can my tickets be refunded if I am unable to attend?
Tickets are non-refundable (unless the event is cancelled by the organisers, see below) and non-returnable.
What if the event is cancelled?
In the extremely unlikely situation that we need to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control you will receive a full refund of your tickets (less the Eventbrite booking fee).
What if one of the bands drops out at the last minute?
We reserve the right to alter any of the published acts if necessary, but will make every effort to replace them with a similar style act.
Event Photography/Video
There will be some filming and social media marketing happening during the event and after. By joining the event and by your presence here, you consent to be photographed or filmed. Your entry ticket constitutes your consent to such photography or filming and to any use on digital marketing media – social media, website, email on and after the event. If you DO NOT want to appear in any said marketing you must make yourself known to a member of staff at the event upon arrival.
Private photography is permitted but please refrain from photographing children that are not within your group.
There will be a Big Gig official photographer walking around the venue taking photographs which will be shared after the event. Professional photography (other than The Big Gig official photographer) is strictly prohibited without prior consent from Horsham Sports Club.
Smoking
Out of consideration for others please use the designated smoking areas provided.

Attendance and participation is at your own risk. Anyone attending must adhere to the event rules and take all reasonable care to avoid any injury to their person or others, or damage to property.
