We will be reopening the club on Wednesday and hope to welcome you back, albeit in restricted circumstances.
You obviously will be aware that we are in Tier 2 of The Governments new Covid Guidelines. These will be reviewed in two weeks and we will update you on our Christmas plans then, when we know more.
For now this is what it means for us..
YES we can open the bar, but we have to operate as a restaurant and can only serve Alcohol “WITH” a Substantial meal.
Now of course, this is open to all sorts of interpretation, so for our take on things, full details will be available on the tables.
As not to bore you too much, here are just the important bits.
Indoors you will have to be seated with (up to six) members of your own household or bubble and order a Substantial meal for each person who wishes to consume any Alcohol.
Outdoors you can mix households but all other regulations still apply.
Once you have finished your meal (plate taken) we alas cannot serve you anymore booze.
To help us through Mo and Liv have extended their opening hours and have simplified the menu, adding compliant and affordable meals to complement their normal gastronomic delights and Seasonal offerings.
The Kitchen will also continue to offer its normal Sit in and Take Away Service when the bar is shut.
So, what better time to visit the seductive surroundings of the Clubrooms and plan that Date Night with the other half you’ve been putting off, think of the pre Xmas brownie points. Or bring the (well behaved) kids out for a basket meal that won’t cost you a small mortgage, like some of the themed restaurants with silly hats and noisy triangles do. Or even simply take in the festive period and sample our fantastic Xmas menu featuring some tasty Tunisian twists?
The Bar will also serve Take Aways (to take off the grounds) just a bring a vessel for us to fill.
Rest assured we will still have our well-rehearsed Covid measures in place and ask that you help us to do the right thing by not asking the team to bend or manipulate the rules. Hopefully then this will only last the two weeks until we shed a Tier (of joy).

KITCHEN will have a limited selection of alcoholic drinks available with meals when bar is shut.
